The Ivy has floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 3 bedroom townhomes. Take a look at our apartments in person by scheduling a walkthrough, or view our floor plan layouts.
The Ivy welcomes most pets to our West Lafayette apartment community. Pets bigger than 50 pounds must be housed on a first floor unit or the second floor above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for Residents with pets.

The Ivy is served by Tippecanoe School Corporation, which includes Burnett Creek Elementary, Battleground Middle School, and Harrison High School.
No. At this time we are unable to allow breaks in any finalized lease contracts.
Yes, The Ivy and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.

No, The Ivy does not offer income-based housing.
No, The Ivy does not allow our Residents to pre­pay their full lease terms. Rent is to be paid on a monthly basis on the first of each month.
