The Ivy has floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 3 bedroom townhomes. Take a look at our apartments in person by scheduling a tour, or view our floor plan layouts. What is your pet policy? The Ivy welcomes most pets to our West Lafayette apartment community. Pets bigger than a certain size must be housed on a first floor apartment or the second floor above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for Residents with pets. Can I pay my rent online? Absolutely! To access our current Resident portal in order to pay your rent or put in a service request, view our Resident Info section. What school district is The Ivy in? The Ivy is served by Tippecanoe School Corporation, which includes Burnett Creek Elementary, Battleground Middle School, and Harrison High School. Are Residents able to break their lease? No. At this time we are unable to allow breaks in any finalized lease contracts. Does The Ivy require a credit check? Yes, The Ivy and all other J.C. Hart communities necessitate a credit check to be performed during the application process. Do you charge an application fee? Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental. Do you offer special discounts for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is pleased to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but we are currently unable to offer any special discounts. Does The Ivy provide income-based housing?
